Interview with Nadine Ebmeyer, CEO at BANQR
BANQR joins as Official Partner
A European pioneer in embedded finance and AI-driven financial automation, will join the Swiss AI Summit 2025 in Zurich as an official partner. With this step, BANQR strengthens its commitment to empowering Swiss and regional startups, SMEs, and corporates to streamline financial operations and unlock data-driven decision-making with AI.
As one of the fastest-growing innovators in embedded finance, BANQR is reshaping the way businesses interact with financial processes. By embedding real-time banking capabilities directly into ERP systems, BANQR eliminates friction between finance teams and operations, creating seamless, automated workflows. This integration doesn’t just save time – it enables companies to manage liquidity, forecasting, and payments in real time, making financial management smarter, more secure, and future-proof. The company’s solutions, including Cash 365 and Fraud Prevention 365, have already set new benchmarks for transparency and efficiency. With these tools, CFOs and financial leaders can move from reactive to proactive decision-making, ensuring that organizations of all sizes – from startups to global corporations – can operate with the agility needed in today’s fast-changing economy. BANQR’s mission is clear: to become the world’s leading provider of embedded banking solutions while fueling sustainable growth and innovation across industries.
Artificial Intelligence is redefining industries – and in finance, it is creating a new paradigm. Nadine Ebmeyer, CEO of BANQR, sat down to share exclusive insights on how her company is transforming financial operations for organizations worldwide. As she explains, embedded finance is no longer an add-on service but an intelligent, AI-driven backbone for businesses:
Q&A With Nadine Ebmeyer
What technologies or AI components does BANQR leverage to make finance smarter?
At BANQR, AI is at the heart of everything we do. In Cash 365, our smart CFO Dashboard delivers real-time cash visibility, multi-currency insights, and balance trend alerts - enabling executives to make informed decisions instantly. Our AI Reconciliation Assistant reduces reconciliation time by up to 80%, learning from corrections and handling even the most complex matching scenarios with ease. Soon, we’ll launch a conversational AI assistant, so CFOs and finance teams can ask natural language questions such as “What’s our liquidity runway if receivables are delayed?” and receive instant answers. With Fraud Prevention 365, we identify suspicious payment patterns before they cause harm.
What makes BANQR different from other players in fintech or embedded finance?
Simplicity and scale. While many fintechs provide either custom solutions or narrow tools, BANQR takes a different approach. We deliver standardized, plug-and-play products that integrate seamlessly with ERPs such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. This allows us to scale quickly across industries and geographies-while still offering deep automation and intelligence for our customers.
How does BANQR support CFOs in decision-making?
CFOs often struggle with fragmented data. With BANQR, they gain access to a comprehensive CFO dashboard: a single screen for liquidity, variances, reconciliations, and fraud alerts. By adding predictive insights, CFOs can move from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
What’s your vision for embedded finance in the next 3 years?
We believe embedded finance will evolve from being a “nice-to-have” to a core operating layer. Within three years, finance teams won’t be logging into 10 different portals anymore. Instead, they’ll manage all financial operations directly inside their ERP-powered by AI. At BANQR, we aim to be the platform driving that transformation.
Nadine Ebmeyer, CEO of BANQR
“Joining the Swiss AI Summit underlines our mission to redefine business banking through embedded finance supported by AI. With Cash 365 and Fraud Prevention 365, companies gain real-time insights into liquidity, forecasting, and fraud detection, enabling CFOs & Financial Leaders to move from reactive to proactive decision-making. Switzerland, with its strong SME base and innovation culture, is an ideal market for us,”
