Yvonne Dharshing is Head of Data, Ethics, Governance & Controls at Zurich Insurance Group and Program Director of the CAS Data Protection Officer program at the University of St. Gallen. As an attorney and compliance leader, she works at the intersection of technology, regulation, and governance. At Zurich, she leads the development of global standards across a broad spectrum of compliance topics and advises senior executives on technology-related risks and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies. In addition, she serves as Program Director and lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, where she develops and delivers executive education in data privacy and responsible AI.
