Urs Haeusler is Head of Investment Development at Die Mobiliar and a prominent Swiss executive, board member, startup founder, and startup ecosystem expert. He has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, corporate development, innovation, and digital business. He has built several international startups, including DealMarket (exit to Drooms), amiando (exit to XING), and Jamba! (exit to VeriSign). Before joining Die Mobiliar, he was CEO and co-owner of Company Factory and Managing Director of valantic CEC Switzerland.

Alongside his operational roles, he serves as Chairman of the Board of bexio AG and as a board member of Eventfrog and Lightbird. He is Chairman of the Foundation Board of Startfeld (the innovation network and startup hub in Eastern Switzerland) and a board member of St. Gallen-Bodensee Tourism and Switzerland Innovation. In addition, he co-founded the associations Swiss Fintech (the association of Swiss fintech startups) and the Swiss Startup Association and was active for several years on the Executive Committee of DigitalSwitzerland. Urs Haeusler holds an MBA from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and invests as a business angel in selected internet startups.
