Stefan's path to entrepreneurship is defined by resilience, self-guided learning, and an innate ability to spot and seize opportunities. His educational trajectory is unique, starting with an apprenticeship as a machine engineer. Although traditional academic routes did not suit him, he immersed himself in self-study, devouring hundreds of books on personal development. While holding a full-time job, he also undertook a part-time bachelor's degree in machine engineering, skillfully juggling night shifts, university classes, and work duties. Stefan's persistent drive led him to explore various professional avenues, including entrepreneurship, startup consulting, and eventually, the insurance sector.
