Simina is an international lawyer with more than 15 years of cross knitting experience covering ethics & compliance, business ethics and governance, data privacy, as well as energy regulation, competition, international trade law and sanctions.

Her diverse expertise combines private practice for more than a decade spent in Brussels, London and Bucharest, and in-house experience in Switzerland. She is currently leading the compliance activities of a large energy European infrastructure company.
