Sibylle Peuker, PhD, has been exploring what AI means for user experience since well before the current AI boom. As early as 2019, she spoke about AI as a new challenge for UX design. At Zeix, she combines this perspective with many years of experience shaping complex digital applications around people, their contexts, and the systems they work in.

With a background in mathematics and a PhD in computer science on distributed algorithms, Sibylle understands both what technology can do and what people need from it. This combination is particularly valuable in AI applications, where new capabilities need to be translated into meaningful use cases, understandable interactions, and interfaces that help users develop appropriate expectations and trust.
