Selina Frey leads Digital Public Affairs for Zurich Insurance in Switzerland while simultaneously bringing a strong political voice to the table as an elected Member of the City Parliament of Zurich. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Management and Policy from the University of Bern and a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zurich.

Selina initially began her career directly on the operational front, successfully driving complex digital transformation projects within the financial sector. Today, she seamlessly bridges this deep, tech-driven business expertise with her political and regulatory work. From this unique dual perspective, she addresses and shapes modern technological advancements from a regulatory, societal, and political viewpoint, always striving to align innovation with future-oriented framework conditions.
