Sanja Hauser is a passionate digital marketing expert with over 12 years of experience in digital lead generation and customer communication. She coaches and trains start-ups and SMEs in the understanding and application of generative AI tools. Her expertise ranges from text, image and video generation with AI to the integration of AI into automated marketing processes. She is an accredited Digital Marketing Coach at Innosuisse, the Swiss Innovation Agency, and a lecturer in digital marketing at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden, HWZ and KV Luzern. Since January 2024, she has expanded her teaching portfolio as a lecturer for artificial intelligence in marketing and product management at the University of St. Gallen, the ZHAW and the WEKA Academy. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Sanja Hauser served as the Head of Digital Marketing at UBS Switzerland and has consulted for over 40 start-ups.
