Noemi Rom is an executive leader specializing in strategy, digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and sustainable business models. She serves as a Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Advisory, Networks and Strategy at Innosuisse (the Swiss Innovation Agency). Her extensive background spans nearly seven years at Zühlke Group, where she served as Consulting Director and Head of Sustainability Transformation, as well as Head of Digital Consulting Asia in Singapore. Dedicated to shaping future leaders and sustainable frameworks, Noemi is also a Guest Lecturer at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK) teaching Design Thinking and executive innovation, and a long-time mentor at ETH Zürich MTEC.
