Nina Habicht is the Founder and CEO of DreamLeap, an innovative venture studio dedicated to creating and scaling AI-first businesses. A highly accomplished AI entrepreneur and product strategist, Nina has spent over a decade delivering pioneering technical solutions across enterprise banking, logistics, and conversational commerce. Notably, she served as the AI Product Director at UBS, where she built the bank’s Conversational and Generative AI production stream from the ground up, directing an AI platform mission of 50 to 70 FTEs. At UBS, she successfully launched the bank's first client-facing customer-care AI agent for all digital banking users, led the deep-search product management for ubs.com, and co-supported major internal enterprise knowledge networks.

An exceptional venture builder, Nina previously co-founded and bootstrapped a conversational AI startup, growing it to seven-figure annual revenues and securing multiple Innocheck grants alongside a major Innosuisse project. During this time, she built approximately 30 custom chatbots, including the first voice-based V-Commerce assistant for SBB, enabling users to purchase train tickets entirely via voice commands. Additionally, she scaled a warehouse-automation SaaS company from 20 to 120 FTEs as global Head of Business Development, leading it to a successful corporate acquisition in 2021.

Nina’s continuous contributions to the technology landscape have earned her significant national recognition. She was named among the Top 100+ Women in AI & Data in Switzerland by the ETH AI Center & Greater Zurich Area, celebrated as one of the country's Top 30 Most Influential LinkedIn Voices in IT & Tech, and won the prestigious Hidden Figures Award in Startup & Innovation.
