UBS AI

Built the Conversational & Generative AI department (production stream) and, as AI Product Director, led the bank’s AI platform and products AI mission (50 – 70 FTE).

• Launched the first client-facing customer-care AI agent and chatbot for all digital-banking users (model AI governance, product vision, technical teams, etc.)

• led AI deep-search PM for ubs.com search, co-supported RED, an internal knowledge assistant and supported various AI use cases, Data and Analytics / AI Sales projects of UBS

Earlier ventures: Chatbot + Warehouse Automation

• Co-founded and bootstrapped a chatbot start-up, growing it to seven-figure annual revenue with a spin-off startup in microlearning. Won 2x Innocheck and 1 big Innosuisse. Built first V-Commerce assistant for SBB where you could by tickets via voice through voicebot. Built approx. 30 chatbots.

• Scaled a warehouse-automation SaaS (hardware + software) company from 20 to 120 FTE as global Head of Business Development.

• The company was acquired in 2021
