🚀 Defined the AI vision, organization and foundation of the Gen. AI & Conversational Banking tribe for UBS. Hired key roles in PM, Data Science and engineering to succeed. Executed on PM and agile development. Shipped Gen. AI applications to production for global users considering complex security, compliance, government and infrastructure constraints.

🚀 Built a successful AI startup as an early Managing Partner and Board Member focusing on growth, consulting, and PM/PL management (300% revenue growth in < 3 years, core team growth: 3 to 8 FTEs in 2 years).

🚀 Establishment of the International Marketing & Business Development Department reporting to the CEO at the warehousing automation software and hardware company Dataphone AG. Establishment of a company-wide new vision (company growth: 30 to 110 FTEs in < 4 years, company was acquired in 2021).
