Martine Wehlen-Bodé is a Senior ESG Advisor, Fixed Income, and Managing Director. In this senior leadership role, she provides strategic direction on sustainability across the fixed income platform, spanning methodology development, regulatory implementation, investment integration, and team enablement. She works closely with investment teams to ensure sustainability considerations are embedded consistently and effectively within investment processes and decision-making. In addition, Martine serves as Senior Fixed Income Advisor for Artificial Intelligence (AI) helping shape the strategic adoption of AI across the fixed income business. She drives initiatives that leverage AI to enhance investment research, portfolio management, operational efficiency, and knowledge sharing, while fostering innovation and supporting the responsible use of emerging technologies within the investment platform.

With 31 years of fixed income experience, Martine has held a variety of senior investment leadership positions, including responsibility for EUR corporate bond strategy and portfolio management across different currencies, sectors, and risk profiles. She began her career at UBS Luxembourg and was involved in the establishment and development of the EUR corporate bond investment platform, building deep expertise across credit markets and sustainable fixed income investing capability.
