Kristian Toms is a Vice President at Oracle who builds and leads the technical teams that win enterprise data and AI platform decisions across the EMEA region. He currently manages 11 directors/managers and 107 specialists across 11 EMEA countries.

Since 2018, Kristian has scaled his specialist engineering organization from 12 to 118 professionals. Under his leadership, his teams secured a top global bank’s consolidation of 10,000 databases onto a single enterprise platform and established Oracle as the default data platform at two of EMEA’s top 10 banks. He also redesigned customer onboarding and platform adoption workflows, cutting time to consumption from 190 days to 41—a framework subsequently adopted globally as best practice.

With over 25 years of experience working alongside CIOs, CDOs, and chief architects at EMEA’s largest organizations, Kristian focuses on bridging the gap between AI pilots and production. He specializes in solving data readiness, security, governance, and architecture challenges within highly regulated enterprise environments.
