He heads a specialist team of Solution, Data & AI, and Technical Architects working at the intersection of AI, Data and enterprise CRM, the layer where trusted data, business logic, security and human oversight come together to make AI safe to run in production. He brings 15+ years of international experience across data, AI, cloud and hyperscale infrastructure, spanning Switzerland, London and Hong Kong.
