Jan is a leading scientist and has published over 150 widely cited papers in the areas of privacy and cryptography. Previously, he spent 19 years as Principal Research Staff Member at IBM, where he co-invented Identity Mixer, a unique cryptographic protocol for authentication. He is a Fellow of IEEE, ACM, and IACR and has received many awards for his work.
