Guillem is the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics Programme Officer at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations specialized agency for ICTs. His mission is to connect AI and robotics innovators with problem owners to collectively advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

With over a decade of experience in robotics, Guillem has participated in major international robotics tournaments across Asia, Europe, and North America. He co-founded and led ROBOCAT, a leading non-profit educational robotics competition, for over 8 years, engaging thousands of young students.
