Felix von Gemmingen heads the AI Office at Julius Baer, where he is responsible for driving the bank's AI transformation. He brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, spanning strategy, business transformation, and regulatory change. Prior to his current role, he led major transformation and regulatory programs at Julius Baer and held various senior leadership positions at UBS, including Chief of Staff to the COO of Wealth Management and Head of Wealth Management Transformation. He began his career with The Boston Consulting Group and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
