With over 14 years of experience in healthcare and a background as an IT engineer (M.Sc.), he has been active in the tech industry since 2005, including roles in IT security consulting. As the founder of an innovative startup revolutionizing wound analysis and management, Chrysanth leads a diverse, remote team that helps healthcare providers save significant time in wound care assessments. An OKR evangelist, he aligns goals and drives performance across his teams. Outside of work, Chrysanth enjoys sailing, climbing, long-distance running, and spending time with his two children.
