Arda is Director of Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) at Salesforce, leading the EMEA North region, including Switzerland. The FDE team works hands-on with customers to accelerate the successful deployment and adoption of Agentforce; bridging the gap between product capability and real-world business outcomes. With 15+ years of experience in Tech/SaaS and Management Consulting across Canada, Australia, UK and the Netherlands, Arda brings a rich international perspective and deep industry knowledge to her customers and portfolio. Arda holds an MBA Essentials from the London School of Economics and is an active mentor and advocate for women in technology and beyond, also serving as a Board Director of the Women's Plans Foundation.
