Eva Selamlar-Leuthold is a recognized thought leader in the Swiss ecosystem who currently serves as Co-President of the Swiss Financial Innovation Lab and has newly joined the Swiss AI Summit as an Ambassador. In these capacities, she champions proactive AI adoption and drives strategic innovation to ensure a future-fit Swiss financial sector.

A C-level executive and dual-qualified lawyer in Switzerland and New York, Eva is also the Co-CEO of the ETH spin-off Eurospider (KYC Spider), where she leads an AI-powered SaaS platform serving over 300 financial intermediaries. She specializes in high-impact build and change projects, most notably having been entrusted by the Swiss Government to build up and operationally manage the Swiss Financial Innovation Desk (FIND) at the State Secretariat for International Finance (SIF) to strengthen the national financial sector.

Her extensive background includes senior leadership roles at Bitpanda, where she led Swiss business expansion , as well as Quintet Private Bank and UBS. Driven by a commitment to the next generation, she founded the PEPPERMINTAS initiative to inspire girls for STEM and was recognized as one of the "10 Women in Tech in Switzerland to Follow in 2024".
